I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We aim to ship all orders by the next business day (ex: Orders sent in Friday will be given to USPS Monday. Orders sent in Wednesday will be given to USPS Thursday.) All orders are shipped with USPS, which can average 2-4 days for delivery time. Please allow delays for federal and national holidays.
Any unforeseen circumstances relating to delayed shipping will be relayed on our TikTok page (@meshtrend), sent through email, or show up on our website.
My package seems lost, what do I do?
Once packages are in the hands of USPS, you must direct your concerns for a lost or stolen package to the postal office. All of our packages are insured with up to $100 for these scenarios. Please file a claim on the USPS website if you feel that these circumstances apply to you. Refunds and exchanges are not offered for lost or stolen packages due to us providing insurance to cater to this issue.
Orders over $100 may be eligible for a partial refund of the difference after USPS completes a successful investigation.
What is your return policy? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product back, we will issue the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Can I exchange my order if they do not fit?
We can exchange any order within 30 days after purchase. Orders must be shipped back at your expense, and the exchanged pairs will be sent back to you with free shipping. Similar to our refund policy, the returned order must be delivered back to us before we can ship out your exchange to ensure the quality of our products.
In the case the product is sold out by the time we receive your exchange, we can accommodate an exchange of any style of the same value, or offer you store credit for the amount of purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are fulfilled same day. To cancel your order, you must notify us via email or our website chat before the end of the day (ex: Orders sent in at 10:00am CST must request a cancellation before 11:59pm CST). If the order is fulfilled before notifying us, please direct your concerns to our return policy to learn how to send your order back to us for a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or autofilled in an incorrect address, kindly notify us via email or website chat. The address provided can be seen on your order confirmation email. As stated above, we ship orders the next business day. If your address-change request is not sent in before the next business day, we are unable to change it. Inability to notify us of an address change in time will not be eligible for a refund.
What currency are the prices shown on MeshTrend's website?
The default currency will show USD. Customers are able to change the currency they see when visiting our website with the toggle option on our main page.
Can I place an order if I live outside of the US?
Yes! However, any order placed outside of the US will require all shipping expenses to be paid by the customer.
